I want to start an Auto parts business?
I want to start an auto parts business to sell after market parts here from my home. I’ve been checking everywhere to see how I could get products like from Holley, Edlebrock, and Skunk2 but I don’t see how I can sell products like these. Does anyone know how I can open my business to sell products like this?
first of all, you should know your supplier/vendor and where you could get the items at a bulk or special price so that you could sell them for a competitive price. Do some research about your target market and how could you enter the market compete with the existing company. Study the demand from customers at your area so that you could smaller the products variant at the optimum level or by a popular demand items so that it could lower the risk of floating stocks at your place. Setup a website for you to display various kind of items and it could be one of the marketing mediums for promotion.
